Terms & Conditions for Request Processing and Service Rules
DomServ Portugal is a platform that helps clients find specialists for home services in Portugal.
1. Platform Role
DomServ Portugal receives client requests, transfers them to suitable service providers, and helps organize communication between the parties. The platform is not the employer of service providers and does not perform services directly.
2. Administrative Service Fee
For request processing, transfer of client contact information, organizational support, and platform operation, an administrative service fee of up to 15% of the order value may be charged.
3. Service Provider Responsibility
The service provider is independently responsible for the quality of work, punctuality, аккуратность, safety, and compliance with agreements made with the client.
4. Rules for Working in the Client’s Home
- arrive at the agreed time;
- communicate respectfully with the client;
- treat the client’s property with care;
- not bring third parties without the client’s permission;
- not disclose the client’s personal information;
- maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.
5. Payment for Services
The cost of the work is agreed upon between the client and the service provider before the service begins. DomServ Portugal may consider the client’s stated budget when transferring the request to a provider.
6. Cancellation or Rescheduling
The client and the service provider must inform each other in advance if they are unable to complete the service at the agreed time.
7. Confidentiality
The service provider agrees not to share the client’s address, phone number, photos, personal data, or any other private information with third parties.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application or accepting a request, the service provider confirms that they have read the DomServ Portugal rules and agree to the request processing terms.
